"Ngõ" means alley.
In Vietnam, some of the best food isn't found in fancy restaurants—it's hidden in little alleys, served on tiny plastic stools, surrounded by good food, loud conversations, and even better company.
That's the feeling we wanted to bring to Seattle.
Every item on our menu represents something we loved growing up—from the foods we craved to the little flavors that bring back the strongest childhood memories. Because sometimes, one bite is all it takes to bring you back to a place you miss or curious to visit.
Ngõ isn't just about selling food. It's about sharing stories, creating connections, and making people feel at home—even when home is thousands of miles away.
